CozyBug Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from CozyBug. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy makes it easy to exchange or get a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Final sale or clearance items (as clearly marked on the product page).

  • Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

2. How to Start a Return

  • Email cozybughq@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions for shipping the item back.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

If your refund takes longer than expected, check with your bank or card provider as processing times vary.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at cozybughq@gmail.com.
We’ll guide you through placing a replacement order once your return is received.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order details — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your payment account again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company.

  3. If the issue persists, email cozybughq@gmail.com and we’ll assist promptly.
