14 Days Return
Security Payment
Once your order is processed, we send it out via our trusted courier partners. You will receive an email notification as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse — this email will include a tracking number and a link so you can monitor the delivery progress in real time. If you don’t receive your tracking information within 24 hours after your order was confirmed, please drop us a message at cozybughq@gmail.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
Standard processing takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After that, delivery time depends on your location. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the estimated arrival date. If you’re based in Nigeria, many deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch; international orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local courier networks.
Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times are guidelines—delays may occasionally happen due to customs clearance, carrier issues or high-volume periods. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll assist with an update.
We always strive to fulfill all items in your order in one shipment, but in some cases, part of your order may ship later (for example, if an item is out of stock or ships from a different facility). If you decide you’d rather cancel that delayed item instead of waiting, here’s what to do:
Reply to your shipping confirmation email or contact us at cozybughq@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel.
We’ll check immediately if cancellation is still possible. If the item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll remove it and refund you accordingly.
If the delayed item has already shipped or is in transit, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process (see “Can I return an item?” below).
We encourage you to act quickly—once an item is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
our invoice (or receipt) will be included in the confirmation email you receive immediately after your order is placed. It contains your order number, summary of items, billing address, payment information (masked for security), and the total amount you paid.
To access past invoices at any time:
Log in to your CozyBug account → My Orders → Select the relevant order → “Download Invoice.”
Or, if you checked out as a guest, you may request a resend of the invoice by emailing cozybughq@gmail.com with your order number and name.
Yes — we offer returns to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how it works:
You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (please keep the product unused, with tags attached, in its original condition).
Email cozybughq@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Final Sale items (if applicable) and sale/clearance garments in certain conditions may not be eligible for return — check the product page for any special conditions.
